1. 6. Bearings: The high-speed shaft support uses tilt pad rolling bearings, which are composed of multiple movable pads and can be offset around the fulcrum. It has excellent shock resistance and can automatically adjust according to changes in load and speed.


7. Shaft seal: adopts separate labyrinth seal structure. Good sealing and easy to disassemble. The seal can be replaced without disassembling the impeller.


8. Lubrication system: The lubrication system is divided into two parts: the fuel tank and the lubricating oil circuit. The base of the device serves both as an oil tank and can be equipped with an immersion electric heater and a temperature control switch to ensure the temperature of the lubricating oil. The lubricating oil circuit includes main oil pump, electric pump, double-barrel filter, etc. The main oil pump is driven by a low speed gear. When the unit is running normally, it can provide lubricating oil to lubricate gears and bearings under normal pressure. The electric spoke pump provides pre-lubrication for the system before the equipment is started, maintains oil pressure during emergencies and shutdown periods, and then serves as a reserve oil pump. The air-suspended blast oil filter has high filtration accuracy and is equipped with a differential pressure alarm system.


Maintenance of centrifugal fans

The maintenance and maintenance of centrifugal fans can be carried out at different stages. For example, maintenance and maintenance must be carried out during the operation period of the equipment. Normally, during the operation period of the centrifugal fan equipment, its operation and filling should be inspected and recorded every hour.
