2) Do a good job of checking the equipment out of the equipment, check whether the functional sections are complete, whether the direction of the pipeline interface is proved, the number of heat exchangers in the cooling section or heating section is in line with the equipment data.
3) Check the technical parameters of the fan and the motor in the aircraft section, and check whether the type of fan is consistent with the system of the system.
4) Whether the surface of the box of the air -conditioning unit is damaged, especially whether the wings of the heat exchanger have a large area of ??crooked pressure.
5) The refrigerator or heater shall have a qualified certificate.During the period of the technical file, there is no hydraulic test before installation without damage, otherwise the hydraulic test should be performed.Test pressure is 1.5 times that of higher operating pressure in the system, and must not be less than 0.6MPa. The test time is 2-3min, and the pressure must not decrease.
6) Check the foundation of the air -conditioning unit.The foundation of the air -conditioning unit should be based on the concrete platform. The horizontal error of the diagonal line should be not greater than 5mm. The length and width of the foundation should be 100mm in the outward size of the air -conditioning unit.The slope of the seal and drainage.The air-conditioning crew can be placed directly on the basis of 5-10mm rubber sheets, and can also be placed on the No. 10 workman or groove steel with rubber sheets.
7) Check the test certificate of the pond in the spray section.It should be noted whether the stitching of the box plate and the connection method of the box plate and the pool is the direction of the water.
8) Check the integrity of each component of the air -conditioning unit. The parts with damaged components should be repaired, and those who are seriously damaged should be replaced.The crooked wings in the cooler and heater should be corrected. The wind valves are flexible and the valve leaves are straight.The dust of the box and the components should be cleaned.
(2) Installation of a combined air -conditioning unit
1) The level of coordinates and basic levels of the school nuclear foundation is tied to the assembly of each functional section. The connection is tight, firm and reliable.
2) For air -conditioning units with spray sections, the spray section should be installed first according to the foundation of the pump, and then the left and right groups should be installed on other functional sections.The inspection doors of the spray section shall not leak the water seepage or spray section.The connection between the water shields in the spray section and the wall plate of the spray section shall be tightly tightly, and the spacing of the water shield should be uniform.The density and arrangement of the nozzle installation in the spray section shall meet the design requirements. The direction of the nozzle on the spray duct in the same row must be consistent and the distribution is evenly distributed.Ensure that the overflow water pipe is high.
3) The air -conditioning unit with a cooler can be assembled from left to right or from right to left.The drainage pipe of the condensate water in the refrigerator section should be unblocked, and the condensation water must not spill. The condensation water joint should be installed with water seal to prevent air leakage in the air -conditioning unit or the outdoor air into the air -conditioning unit.
4) When the shell and fan of the fan section are transported separately, the air section of the fan should be installed first, and then the fan and motor should be installed into the body.If the fan and the motor are large, the inspection door of the fan cannot be burst. You should first install the bottom plate of the empty section. After the fan and the motor connected to the bottom plate, the side and top plate are assembled.
5) The connection methods between each functional section shall be connected according to the instructions or requirements provided by the manufacturer, and the installation must be tightly installed.The connection of each functional section is usually used to close the pad pills in the bolt pad, the sponge rubber plate, the U -shaped Kalan inner pad pores, the sponge rubber plate and the cutting connection.
