Before installation: Before installation, first prepare the materials and tools required for centrifugal fan installation, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of all parts of the fan. Parts such as the impeller, casing, main shaft, and bearings should be inspected in particular detail. If any damage is found, they should be inspected in detail. Repair it and then clean the inside of the bearing box with kerosene.

During installation: In order to avoid corrosion and reduce the difficulty of disassembly, a layer of grease or engine oil should be applied to some joint surfaces.

If there are positioning pins on the joint surface, the pins should be installed first and then the bolts should be tightened.

Check inside the casing, impeller, and bearing box to remove fallen and lost objects and other debris.

The connection surface between the centrifugal fan and the foundation, and the connection surface between the air inlet and the air outlet should be natural. No forced connection is allowed, and the weight of the pipe is not allowed to be added to the components of the fan.

In order to protect the transmission group from rust, a certain amount of grease is injected into the transmission box before leaving the factory. Please pay attention to it when installing.
