Air suspension fans are efficient, environmentally friendly ventilation equipment that are commonly used in exhaust systems in industrial and commercial places. When connecting pipes, you need to follow these steps:

1. Preparation work: First determine the material and specifications of the pipe, and then prepare the required tools and materials.

2. Clean the fan: Before use, the air suspension fan must be cleaned to ensure that its surface is clean and dust-free.

3. Connect pipes: When connecting the fan to the pipes, special flanges or quick-plug connectors should be used. Make sure the connection is tight to prevent air leakage.

4. Support the pipe: In order to avoid stress on the pipe at the connection point, a support frame should be used to firmly fix the pipe to the wall or ceiling.

5. Adjust the fan: After the connection is completed, the fan must be debugged to ensure that it operates normally and makes no noise.

It should be noted that air suspension fans have higher requirements for the tightness of the pipeline, so special attention should be paid to the installation of the sealing ring when connecting. In addition, to facilitate future maintenance and cleaning, a connection method that is easy to disassemble should be used.
