3. Clean the filter.Cleaning method, unload the filter, hold a tight aluminum cover in one hand, hold the organic glass with the other hand, twist the organic glass clockwise, remove the filter from it, and pour the sediment or accumulation in the cup.Put the water in the kerosene and clean it, check whether the "O" sealing ring is damaged. 4. Clean the burner.Remove the shell, withdraw the thermal insulation plate, remove the burner to install the nut, hold the burner with both hands and pull it on the clean floor, and wipe off the ash stain on the surface with a cloth or cotton yarn.
5. Clean the mouth.Use the inner hexagon wrench to lock the screw and remove the fireproof cylinder.Remove the fire electrode fixing screws, release the rotation disk to lock the screw, and take out the rotation disk.Remove the oil mouth with a sleeve wrench, clean the oil mouth with kerosene, and use sand to remove carbon accumulated oil stains. After cleaning and eliminating carbon accumulation, put the oil mouth according to the original.Put on a rotary disk and tighten the lock tight screw.
(1) Clear the reflex of the reflection of the fire electrode and adjust the spacing.After removing the carbon accumulation on the thermal electrode with the sand, adjust the distance between the two supportive thermal electrodes, the distance between the electrode and the mouth of the mouth according to the size marked.After clearing the carbon deposits and adjusting the distance, install the fireproof cylinder to tighten the lock screw.
(2) Clean sensor.Gently pull out the electric eye, wipe the oil stains on the glass sleeve with a cloth, and put it back to the original place.
6. Washing oil pump filter.Remove the pump cover, remove the filter with kerosene, and tighten the four pump caps to balance it.After completing the above work, the heater is restored.Maintenance every 1,000 hours of operation
(1) Change the oil mouth.Change the mouth to replace the unloading method when cleaning the oil mouth.
(2) Remove carbon inside the heat exchanger.Remove the burner, air supply temperature sensor and overheating protection sensor, and then remove the installation screws of the combustion chamber and heat exchanger.Pour the 5 ~ 10mm stone 10kg from the cigarette port to the cigarette port, shake back and forth for about 5 minutes, remove the fired gray holes, pour out the stones and charcoal, and finally install the warm wind machine to restore.
