What are the precautions when using centrifugal
1. current: The motor load current of the centrifugal fan will change with the changes in air pressure. When using, it should be ensured that the current should not exceed the rated full load current, and it should be equipped with an appropriate load protection switch to prevent the motor from burning.
2. Temperature: The centrifugal fan may generate high temperature during operation. Avoid touching the shell directly to avoid burns.
3. Insuction: Before the fan enters the pipeline, it should be removed by hard objects, dust bag powder, fiber and water droplets. It is recommended to install a filter, but a large area of ??filters should be selected and pollutants in the filter regularly.
4. Scope of application: For the range of centrifugal fans, please refer to the air volume-static pressure curve diagram and use it within the scope of application. If you are close to closed pressure, the pressure release valve should be set in the pipeline. The closed work of the pipeline may cause the temperature of the high -voltage fan to rise sharply, and it should avoid continuous work to avoid deformation or damage. If the air is intermittent, it is recommended to use the air valve switching method to operate.
5. Consumption: bearing, oil seal and muffler are consumables, and have a service life. The leaves, shells, metal measons and other components should be replaced according to the usage (mainly corrosive air flow, gas liquid mixture, etc.).
6. Maintenance: The interior and outside of the centrifugal fan should be cleaned regularly to remove the surface dust.A large amount of accumulated dust may cause the heat dissipation effect to deteriorate, the temperature rises, the air volume decreases and the vibration increases, which eventually leads to failure.
